MCA is responsible for processing personal data used in connection with the Website’s operation.

In light of the above, this privacy policy relates to the processing of data by MCA when you browse and use the Website.



In the course of operating the Website, MCA may collect personal data about users of its Website. These data are processed in accordance with the intended purposes of collection.

Specifically, MCA may collect personal data in the following instances:

- any subcontractors employed, provided that the contract signed between MCA and these subcontractors sets out the latter's obligations with regard to data protection and security, and describes the security requirements. MCA may collect personal data with a view to passing them onto L’Oréal Paris, which may transfer them to companies within the L’Oréal group.

Your data are not disclosed, exchanged, sold or leased to any party other than those mentioned above.

- for anti-money laundering purposes (article L.561-12 of the French Monetary and Financial Code), your identity data are stored for five (5) years.
